Q: How do I confirm patient appointments?
Go to the SOAPware menu, then click Schedule.
Open the first patient account for which you need to confirm the appointment. To do this, simply double-click on the patient appointment.
After speaking with the patient to confirm the appointment, click the Status drop down menu and select Confirmed.
In the Resources section, click the right facing arrow to move to the next appointment that is on the schedule for this resource.
This will open the patient account for the resources next appointment.
After confirming all appointments on the schedule for the selected resource, close the last patient account by click the X in the top right hand corner.
Appointments on the schedule are now marked and color-coded as confirmed.
