Open a Chart Section/Tab in the Patients Chart
Q: How do I open a chart section/tab in the patients chart?
1. Open the Patient Chart
To open the chart, go to the Chart menu, then select Chart Rack. Search for the patient and click the Open Chart button.
2. Open Chart Navigator
Open the Chart Navigator by clicking the docked tab at the bottom of the screen, or go to Chart > Chart Navigator.
3. Open Chart Section
Double click on the chart section to be opened.
A new tab will be placed in the chart for the selected chart section.
