Link a Provider to a Group
Q: How do I link a provider to a group?

The Practice Management setup process must be completed in a specific order. Please follow the setup lessons for step-by-step instructions.
1. Open Provider Manager

Click the Tools menu, then select Provider Manager.
2. Select Provider & Misc Tab

Highlight the providers name in the left hand menu, then click the Misc tab.
3. Enter Provider's Billing Information (block 24J)

- Group: choose the provider's associated group from the drop-down menu.
- Superbill Task User: select the user that should be assigned a task item and notified each time the physician posts a superbill.
- Auto-Create Post Superbill Task: check this box to allow a task item to be automatically created and assigned each time the physician posts a superbill. This will prevent the physician from needing to manually click the Add task button each time a superbill is posted.
