Search for a Claim Using a Date Range and/or Claim Number
Q: How do I search for a claim using a date range?
1. Open the Claims Manager

To open the Claims Manager, click on the Billing menu then select Claims Manager.
2. Open the All Tab

Click on the All tab.
3. Filter by Posted Date
To filter the list of all claims:
- Choose the desired start and end date in the Filter Posted Date dialog.
- Click the Filter button.
- Type claim number, if known
After clicking the Filter button, the claims that were posted within the selected date range will be displayed.
4. View Claim Details

Double-click on the claim line to view the claim details.
