View Insurance Payment Details in the Ledger
Q: How do I view insurance payment details in the ledger?
1. Open the Patient's Account
Click on the Billing menu, then select Patient Account. Search for the account using the patient's last name, then click Select to open the account.
2. Open the Patient's Ledger
Click on the Ledger tab.
3. Locate Payment
Locate then highlight the insurance payment that you wish to view. Double-click on the payment line item to open the details dialog.
4. Insurance Payment Details
The Insurance Payment Details window will display the insurance payment and all patient claims to which the payment was applied.
