Print/Fax an Order

Q: How do I print/ fax an order in Order Manager?

1. Open Order Manager

Click on the Order Manager button located on the Common Toolbar.

  1. Click to highlight an existing order.

2.    Create a new order by selecting the Create a New Order (green +) button.

  1. Click on the downward facing arrow beside the printer button.
  2. Select a document design (ex. we clicked on the "Orders++" design in the screenshot above).

1.   Click on the downward facing arrow beside the fax orders button.

2.   Select a document design to fax (ex. we clicked on the "Orders++" design in the screenshot above).

5. Select a Contact

  1. Enter a reason for your fax.
  2. Select a contact from your list.
  3. Click the Fax button.

Helpful Link

Printing and faxing orders from Order Manager requires several items to be set up before hand.  If these items are not previously set up, it will not be possible to print or fax from Order Manager.
