Log In to SOAPware using the SOAPware Cloud Solution (SCS)
Q: How do I log in to SOAPware using the SCS?
1. Open the Windows Remote Desktop Connection
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Select All Programs.
- Select Accessories.
- Click on Remote Desktop Connection.
2. Enter the Domain Server Name (DNS)
- Enter the name of the domain server. The DNS will be supplied to the clinic's SOAPware administrator.
- Click Connect.
3. Enter User Name & Password for the Server
- Enter the clinics User Name and Password to log on to the server.
- Click the OK button to log in.
4. Open SOAPware
Once logged in to the server, double-click on the SOAPware icon located on the desktop.
5. Enter SOAPware User ID & Password
Enter your individual SOAPware User ID and Password, then click the Log In button.
