Log In to SOAPware using the SOAPware Cloud Solution (SCS)

Q: How do I log in to SOAPware using the SCS?

1. Open the Windows Remote Desktop Connection

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Select All Programs.
  3. Select Accessories.
  4. Click on Remote Desktop Connection.

2. Enter the Domain Server Name (DNS)

  1. Enter the name of the domain server.  The DNS will be supplied to the clinic's SOAPware administrator.
  2. Click Connect.

  1. Enter the clinics User Name and Password to log on to the server.
  2. Click the OK button to log in.

4. Open SOAPware

Once logged in to the server, double-click on the SOAPware icon located on the desktop.

5. Enter SOAPware User ID & Password

Enter your individual SOAPware User ID and Password, then click the Log In button.
