Update Provider Name, Address, Contact Info and Physician Numbers

Q: How to I update a provider's name, address, contact information and physician numbers?

1.  Open Provider Manager

Click on the Tools menu, then select Provider Manager.

2.  Select the Provider's Name and Update Information

Select the provider's name from the left hand menu, then update the necessary information on the general tab.  The general tab includes the provider's Name, Address, Contact Information and Physician Numbers.

3.  Update

Click the Update button in the bottom right hand corner of the window to save the changes.
