Cancel an Appointment

Q: How do I cancel an appointment?

1. Open the Scheduler Workspace

Go to the SOAPware menu, then click Schedule.

2. Locate the Appointment that will be Canceled

2. Locate the Appointment that will be Canceled

Using the Calendar, locate the appointment that needs to be canceled.

Right click on the appointment, then select Canceled.

The appointment has now been canceled and will be removed from the schedule.

The canceled appointment will be recorded in the Visit List of the patient's account.  The red text indicates a canceled appointment.
