Q: How do I address a Health Maintenance requirement?

1. Open the Health Maintenance Chart Section

1. Open the Health Maintenance Chart Section

With a patient's chart open:

1.     Click on the Chart Navigator docked tab

2.     Select the Health Maintenance chart section

3.     The Health Maintenance chart section will open within the chart workspace

2. Add a Reading Date

Click the Green + to add a reading date.

  1. Indicate if a Health Maintenance requirement was performed, declined or a reminder was given
  2. Complete whom in the clinic documented on this requirement
  3. Indicate the location
  4. Add any necessary notes
  5. Double check the next due date to ensure this is accurate for this patient
