Open a Patient's Account
Q: How do I open a patient account?
1. Open the Patient Account
Go to the Billing menu, then click Patient Account.
2. Locate the Patient in the Chart Rack
- Search for the patient by typing the last name into the Search box.
- Highlight the desired patient's name
- Click the Select button
The patient account will open.
