Add a Dependent to Family Balance

Q: How do I add a dependent to the patient's family balance?

1. Open the Scheduler Workspace

Go to the SOAPware menu, then click Schedule.

2. Open the Patient Account

  1. Click on the Billing menu, then select Patient Account.
  2. Search for and select the patient using the Chart Rack.

3. Open the Family Tab

3. Open the Family Tab

Click on the Family tab within the patient account.

4. Add Dependent

Click the Add Dependent button.

5. Select Dependent from Chart Rack

5. Select Dependent from Chart Rack
  1. Search for and select the dependent using the Chart Rack.

Dependent Added

The dependent has been added and the balance is now included in the patient's Family balance.
