Attach a Copy of Patient's Lab Results to the SOAPnote
Q: How do I attach a copy of the patient's lab results to the SOAPnote?
1. Open the Labs Chart Section

Click the Labs tab.
*Note: If the Labs tab is not visible in the chart, open it using Chart Navigator.
2. Select the Lab to Transfer

Select the lab that you wish to transfer to the SOAPnote using the Document List.
3. Send Copy to SOAPnote

- Right-click on the lab test tab
- Select Send Copy to Encounter
4. Add Document Task

Edit the task item as needed, then click Add.
5. Lab Test Attached

A copy of the lab test will be created and attached to the active SOAPnote. The copy will be created in a PDF format.
