Enter a Health Maintenance Requirement for a Patient
Q: How do I enter a Health Maintenance requirement for a patient?
1. Open the Health Maintenance Chart Section
With a patient's chart open:
1. Click on the Chart Navigator docked tab
2. Select the Health Maintenance chart section
3. The Health Maintenance chart section will open within the chart workspace
2. Add a New Rule or Rule Set
Click on the Green + to add a rule or rule set.
3. Select a Rule
From the Rules tab:
1. Highlight one or more rules
2. Click Add
4. Add a Rule Set
From the Rule Sets tab:
1. Select a rule set
2. Click Add
Rule or Rule Set is Inserted
Rules will now appear within Health Maintenance for this particular patient.
