Receive Electronic Refill Requests
Q: How do I receive electronic refill requests?
1. Open eRx Monitor
- Click the Start menu on the computer and select All Programs
- Click on the SOAPware folder
- Select eRx Monitor
*Note: Only one user on the network needs to do this for those on the same network each day on the computer where the eRx Monitor is loaded.
2. Log Into eRx Monitor
Log into the eRx Monitor using your SOAPware User ID and password.
3. Select a Task list
Select to place incoming messages on either the Providers task list or on a specific users task list.
4. Check for Messages
Click the Check for Messages button
5. Minimize the eRx Monitor
The eRx monitor will continue to check for message every 15 minutes. Minimize the window to continue work in SOAPware.
