Add a Button to the Toolbar
How do I add a button to the toolbar?
1. Open Customize
Click on the Tools menu, then select Customize.
2. Open the Commands Tab
Click the Commands tab.
3. Locate the Desired Button in the Commands window
Scroll through the list of Commands and locate the button that you wish to add to your toolbar.
4. Add the Button to Toolbar
Left click and drag the new button onto your existing toolbar. A bold black line will appear when you are hovering over the existing toolbar. This line is where the new button will be placed.
Drop the new button onto the toolbar.
Repeat step 4 to add all desired buttons.
5. Close the Customize Window
Click the Close button.
6. Save Toolbar Changes
To save the changes, click on the Tools menu, select Options, select Toolbars, then click the Save button.
Once saved, click the Close button. After logging out and back in, the toolbar changes will be saved.
