View Total Claims In Process
Q: How do I know how many claims I have?
1. Open the Claims Manager
To open the Claims Manager, click on the Billing menu then select Claims Manager.
2. View Claims Not Submitted
1. View total claims On Hold, Pending Scrub or Ready to Submit by clicking on Working tab.
3. View Total Claims Submitted to Payers by Date
1.Click Submitted tab to view total claims submitted to payers by date.
2. Filter date by using the drop down calendar, or typing the date range.
3. Click the filter button.
