Resolve a Diagnosis
Q: How do I resolve a diagnosis?
1. Open the Patient Chart
Open the patient's chart using the Chart Rack.
2. Open the Summary

Click the Summary tab to view the patient's Summary.
*Note: If the Summary tab is not visible in the chart, open it using the Chart Navigator.
3. Resolve Diagnosis

- Locate the diagnosis to be resolved.
- Right-click on the diagnosis.
- Select Resolve Dx.

Enter the date the diagnosis was resolved and any notes/comments. Click Resolve to save.
4. Diagnosis now Inactive

The diagnosis has been resolved and placed in the Inactive Problems field.
