Remove a Provider
Q: How do I remove a provider?
1. Open Provider Manager
Click the Tools menu, then select Provider Manager.
2. Access Provider Administration
Click the Green Plus button.
3. Select the Provider
Under "Current Registered Providers", click on the name of the provider that needs to be removed.
4. Deactivate the Provider
Once the providers information displays, click the Deactivate button.
5. Update Providers in SOAPware
Return to the SOAPware Provider Manager. Then click the Download Providers button to update the list of active providers.
The provider is now inactive.
