Click the Labs tab.

*Note: If the Labs tab is not visible in the chart, open it using Chart Navigator.

Select the lab that you wish to sign off on using the Document List.

After the provider has reviewed the lab results, the lab should be signed off.  To sign off the lab, click the Sign Off button located on the mini-toolbar.
