Print a Flow Sheet
Q: How do I print a flow sheet?
1. Open a Current or New Flow Sheet

- Open an existing flow sheet by clicking on an unsigned flow sheet in the document list below the mini toolbar.
- OR: Create a new flow sheet by clicking on the Create Docutainer (green +) button.
2. Set Filter Options

The filter options specified at the top of the flow sheets chart section will determine the date range that will print.
- To print all data within the flow sheet, click the Show All button.
- To filter your printed data, un check the Show All button, then specify the desired Start and End Dates.
3. Print the Docutainer

Click on the Print Current Docutainer button on the mini toolbar, in the Flow Sheets chart section.
4. Select Information to Print

Select the document to print (ex: we chose to print the entire docutainer), then click the Print button.
5. Review/Edit in Print Preview
The Print Preview screen will appear and display a preview of the selected flow sheet.
- Print: Select to print the displayed flow sheet.
- Page Setup: Can be used to customized the page orientation, scale, size and margins.
- Navigation: Can be used to view various pages of a multi-page flow sheet.
- Zoom: Can be used to Zoom In and Out of the document.
- Export: Can be used to Export a copy of the flow sheet to PDF, HTML, MHT, XLS, XLSX, CSV, Text or Image. When finished with the flow sheet, click the Close Print Preview button to exit.
