Create a Growth Chart
Q: How do I create a growth chart?
1. Open the Growth Charts Chart Section
- Open Chart Navigator by clicking the Chart Navigator docked tab (or go to Chart > Chart Navigator in the menu bar).
- Double-click on the Growth Charts section to open it in the patient's chart.
2. Create a New Growth Chart
Create a new chart by clicking the Green + button.
3. Choose Growth Chart Type
Select the desired growth chart, then click OK to add it.
4. Growth Chart Created
The growth chart has now been created. All existing vital signs will be plotted on the growth chart. New plots will be added as additional vital signs data is entered for the patient.
