Setup Custom Demographics Titles
Q: How do I setup custom demographic titles?

The Practice Management setup process must be completed in a specific order. Please follow the setup lessons for step-by-step instructions.
1. Open Custom Demographic Titles Window
Click on the Tools menu, then select Custom Demographic Titles.
2. Edit Custom Fields
Edit the custom fields as desired by replacing the default text of "Custom 1..." with your desired test label.
The custom demographic titles are often used to record additional demographic information such as emergency phone number, caregivers name, etc. Changes made in this area will be reflected in all patient charts and patient accounts.
3. Save
Click the Save button.
4. Logout of SOAPware
Changes to the custom demographic titles will not take effect until all users log out and back into SOAPware.
