Checking the box to Include Cloud Library Items at the bottom of the Templates panel will include SOAPware-created and user-created templates that may not be on the database.

Time saver tip: Before creating a template from scratch, it can be beneficial to review existing Library Items to see if another user has shared a template with specific documentation, or one that  can serve as a base for a customized template.
