For those Templates used on a regular basis, any SOAPware users find it convenient to use a keyboard shortcut to enter those most commonly-used - Press the F5 key, and type the Shortcut for the Template.

Then, click the Insert button or press the Enter key to insert the Template. If a user knows the shortcut to a Template, this is the fastest method to enter the Template in a document.
