Exporting Conversations
This lesson will describe how a patient can export a copy of all myHEALTHware conversations to PDF.
Log in to myHEALTHware
Go to www.myhealthware.com and log in to your myHEALTHware account.
Open Conversations
- Ensure the patients name is displayed in top right hand corner of the screen.
- Click the Conversations tab.
Export Conversations
Click Export Conversations from the Actions panel.
You will see a message explaining that the conversations are being processed for export. Once complete, the zipped file will be saved to your Downloads folder.
Open/extract the zipped files. Conversations will be organized in individual folders as seen in the screenshot above.
