Accept an Email Invitation from the Clinic
When your clinic invites you to connect with them on myHEALTHware, you will receive an invitation from the clinic. The clinic has the option to send your invitation by either email, text message, or voice phone call. If you receive an invitation by email, follow the instructions below to activate your myHEALTHware account.
1. Open Email and Accept Invitation
Open the email from myHEALTHware with the subject line beginning "You've Been Invited..."
Click the Accept Invitation button or select the myHEALTHware link.
2. Sign Up or Log In
Patients without a myHEALTHware Account
Next, you will be asked to either Sign Up for a new account or Log In with an existing account.
- Sign Up: If you do not have an existing myHEALTHware account, click Sign up to create an account.
- Log In: If you have an existing myHEALTHware account, enter your existing Username and Password, then click Log In to tie your existing account to the clinic.
- Fill in the required account information.
- Check the box to agree to terms and conditions.
- Click Continue.
