Accept a Text/Phone Invitation from the Clnic

When your clinic invites you to connect with them on myHEALTHware, you will receive an invitation from the clinic.  The clinic has the option to send your invitation by either email, text message, or voice phone call. If you receive an invitation by text or voice phone call, follow the instructions below to activate your myHEALTHware account.

1. Invitation Text Message or Phone Call

The above image is an example of a text message invitation.  The text message will contain a link that you can access to sign up for a myHEALTHware account, along with a 6-digit access code.  

If you received a voice phone call invitation, the voice message will also contain a link and 6-digit access code that you will use to sign up for your myHEALTHware account.

2. Sign Up for myHEALTHware

Go to to activate your account.  First you will be asked to enter the phone number that you received the invitation on.

Access Code

Next, enter your 6-digit access code that was present in your invitation text or voice phone call.  The 6-digit access code is only active for 15 minutes from the time it was sent (for security purposes).  If you need to regenerate a new access code, click the Resend button.

3. Create your Account

Next, you will be asked to either Sign Up for a new account or Log In with an existing account.

  1. Sign Up: If you do not have an existing myHEALTHware account, click Sign Up to create an account.
  2. Log In: If you have an existing myHEALTHware account, enter your existing Username and Password, then click Log In to tie your existing account to the clinic.

If you are Signing Up for a new account, enter the above registration information, then click Continue.

4. Log in to myHEALTHware

Log In

Your myHEALTHware account will be created and connected to your clinic.  You will be logged in to myHEALTHware to access your Conversations, Medical Summary, etc.
