Sign Off a SOAP Note
Q: How do I sign off a SOAP Note?
1. Open the SOAP Note
Open an existing SOAP Note or create a new SOAP Note.
See: Create a SOAP Note for help.
2. Sign Off a SOAP Note
Click the Sign Off button on the mini toolbar.
3. Confirm the Sign Off
Click Yes to confirm the Sign Off.
4. SOAP Note Signed Off
The SOAP Note has now been signed off and is not alterable (as indicated by the yellow background color of the SOAP Note).
