Enter the Vital Signs
Q: How do I enter the vital signs?
1. Open the Vital Signs
Click the Vital Signs tab.
*Note: If the Vital Signs tab is not visible in the chart, open it using the Chart Navigator.
2. Add a Reading Date
Click the first Green + button to add a new reading date.
3. Enter Vitals
Enter the patient's vital signs.
Vitals that are required for Meaningful use include:
- Blood Pressure
- BMI
- Height
- Weight
Additional Features
Unit System: Users can select the unit system that they wish display the patient's vital signs in. Choose English or Metric to display the vital signs in the desired unit system.
Date Filtering: Users can filter the vital signs based on a start date and end date. To filter vital signs, uncheck the "Show All" box, then enter the desired start and end date.
