myHEALTHware has implemented a new feature that allows the user to select their account view in myHEALTHware .

Upon first log in to myHEALTHware, by default, the user will be logged in under their personal myHEALTHware account. From this view, the user will see all personal Conversations, Contacts, Appointments, and Drive folders.  

If the user is a clinic staff member and they wish to view the clinic account, follow the steps below:

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name.
2. Select the clinic account.

After selecting the clinic account, the user will be "acting as" a clinic staff member and the view will be switched to view all clinic Conversations, Contacts, Appointments, Drive folders, and Fax documents.
