2010.1 - PBM Pharmacies
The addition of the Rx Hub allows for electronic submission to a PBM.
Pharmacy

Select a PBM pharmacy from the pharmacy list.
Coverage

Each coverage is represented by its own tab. Each tab defines the individuals coverage. In this example the coverage is active and eligible for both mail order and retail pharmacies.
Submission
Submit the prescription as usual for electronic prescriptions.
Success

A successful message will be marked as "e-Rx Sent".
Failure

There are several reasons why sending a Rx to a PBM can fail:
(1) They do not have an active coverage.
(2) They only have retail coverage.
(3) They have no coverage at all. (there are no tabs created when a coverage is not found).
All of these will result in a warning message.
