The following items now have 3 new security settings: (1) Ability to Upload, (2) Download, and (3) Overwrite existing. These new settings are available in the following Chart Sections:

1. SMARtext Editor

2. Flowsheets

3. Labs

4. Docuplates

5. Handouts

6. Chart Layouts

When you update to 2010.1, these roles will be automatically updated to allow these abilities: (1) Clinician, (2) Medical Assistant, (3) Office Manager, (4) Receptionist, and (5) Nurse.

User accounts that don't belong to one or more of those roles will NOT have access to those abilities until they are given explicit permission.
