Note: It is important to finish with all patient refill requests from Version 4 prior to conversion, as these requests will not transfer.  On that same note, your to-do items will not transfer.  Try to get these items completed prior to conversion, but if you have a few that remain when it is time to convert, print off your to-do list for your reference.
