Health Maintenance

Health Maintenance

To create patient reminders for both preventative and follow-up care, use SOAPware's Health Maintenance to generate both individual rules as well as rule sets which can be applied to selected patients. To learn how to use Health Maintenance to set up patient reminders, see: Health Maintenance.

In order to generate a report to send patient reminders, see: Health Maintenance Report.

Meaningful Use Dashboard

Meaningful Use Dashboard

This measure is tracked in the Meaningful Use Dashboard under "Patient Reminders". The Meaningful Use Dashboard can be accessed by selecting SOAPware > Meaningful Use Dashboard.

The Meaningful Use Dashboard will display the Numerator, Denominator and percentage for this measure, as well as, graph the Trend for the dates selected.
