Check Patient Out

Q: How do I check the patient out?

1. Schedule Follow-Up Appointment if Needed

2. Take Co-Pay if Not Taken at Check In

Click the following link for instructions on taking a co-pay using the SOAPware Practice Management software: Take a Co-Pay.

3. Change Appointment Status to Completed

  1. Open the Scheduler workspace by clicking on the SOAPware menu, then selecting Schedule.
  2. Locate the patient's appointment using the calendar.
  3. Right click on the appointment time slot
  4. Select "Completed"
