Change the Status of an Appointment
Q: How do I change the status of an appointment?
1. Open the Scheduler Workspace
Go to the SOAPware menu, then click Schedule.
2. Locate the Appointment that will be Changed

Using the Calendar, locate the appointment that you need to change the status on.
3. Change Status

To change the status of the appointment, right click on the appointment then select the desired status.

The status of the appointment has now been changed.
