Reschedule an Appointment
Q: How do I reschedule an appointment?
1. Open the Scheduler Workspace
Go to the SOAPware menu, then click Schedule.
2. Locate the Appointment that will be Rescheduled
Using the Calendar, locate the appointment that needs to be rescheduled.
3. Drag and Drop to Reschedule Appointment
Click and drag and drop the appointment onto the desired date (within the calendar) or drag and drop the appointment to a different time.
The appointment has now been rescheduled for a new date/time.
