Open a Chart
How do I open a chart?
1. Open the Chart Rack
To open the chart rack, click on the Chart menu, then select Chart Rack. Or, click on the Chart Rack docked tab located at the bottom of your screen.
2. Search for the Patient
Search for the patient by typing in the last name.
3. Select the Patient and Click Open Chart
- Select the patient
- Click the Open Chart button
*Note: Double clicking on the patient's name will also open the chart.
You can search for patients by:
- Account #
- Birth Date
- Chart #
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone #
- Social Security #
