<p>The Vital Signs Reading (VSR) Types are the core of the Vital Signs section of the patient chart. Using VSR types, the user can input, modify, and track a patient’s vital sign readings.</p> <p>Each VSR type has pre-set upper and lower limits (&quot;smart&quot; values). These smart values assist in assuring accurate date entry by reducing the amount of erroneous data that can be entered into a given type.</p> <p><strong>NOTE: These values should be sufficient for most practices. If the user finds that he/she regularly needs to enter a value outside these ranges, please contact SOAPware technical support.</strong></p>
