Vital Signs Reading Types
<p>The Vital Signs Reading (VSR) Types are the core of the Vital Signs section of the patient chart. Using VSR types, the user can input, modify, and track a patient’s vital sign readings.</p> <p>Each VSR type has pre-set upper and lower limits ("smart" values). These smart values assist in assuring accurate date entry by reducing the amount of erroneous data that can be entered into a given type.</p> <p><strong>NOTE: These values should be sufficient for most practices. Allergies
<p>This lesson will demonstrate how to insert the Allergy Starter Pick List if the Summary docuplate does not already contain the Starter Pick List. This lesson will also describe how to use the Allergy Starter Pick List and how to insert Allergies that are not drug related allergies.</p> <p>The Allergy field in the Summary chart section is used to record a list of the patients allergies and intolerance.
