You can now reconcile labs results with the corresponding order from the Labs chart section.  

1. Open the result that you wish to reconcile.
2. Then click the Reconcile Orders button (paperclip icon).

Select the order that the results relate to and click Reconcile Orders. This will tie the results to the cooresponding order.
