A new chart section has been added for Consult Reports.  This chart section can be used to store reports from referring/consulting providers.  

This feature was added to meet the Meaningful Use ONC 2014 Edition Test Scripts contained within 170.314(c)(1-3) CQMs Criteria.  This feature applies to the measure, CMS50, "Closing the referral loop: receipt of specialist report".  

The Consult Reports chart section will allow the user to indicate a type for the associated document.  Options include: Clinical Consultation Report, Confirmatory Consultation Report, or Report of Clinical Encounter.
