New Sub-Items
Several new sub-items have been added to SMARText items in SOAPware to comply with various 2014 Meaningful Use and Clinical Quality Measure requirements.
New Structured Dx Sub-Items
The following sub-items have been added to structured diagnoses.:
- Date Changed
- Problem Number: #1 is now SNOMED coded with SNOMED 63161005.
These features have been added to meet the Meaningful Use ONC 2014 Edition Test Scripts contained within 170.314(c)(1-3) CQMs Criteria.
New Structured CPT Sub-Items
The following sub-items have been added to structured CPT items:
- Addressed (date)
- Performed (date)

- Site sub-item has been updated to contain the necessary values
- Modifiers
