Log Into myHEALTHware
Q: How do I, a patient, log into my user account within myHEALTHware?
1. Request a myHEALTHware Account from Your Clinic
If you are a patient of a clinic that uses myHEALTHware and you would like to request an account, please contact your clinic to begin the registration process. Your clinic will register you with myHEALTHware and you will receive an email invitation with instructions on completing the registration process.
2. Log In Screen
A username, email address, or a phone number with password, must be used each time myHEALTHware is opened, and should be created prior to logging into an account.
- Enter your email address, username, or phone number.
- Enter your password.
- Click on the Log In button.
