Transferring Vital Signs to the Active SOAP note
Transfer Vitals
To transfer vital signs to the Objective field of the active SOAP note:
- Select a reading date to transfer by clicking on the head of the column.
- Click the Transfer Vitals Button (or press Control + Alt + T). The readings for the selected reading date will be transferred to the active SOAP note.
Vital Sign Readings in the SOAP note
Vital Sign readings are now located in the SOAP note Objective field.
