Printing the Immunization Record

To print the Immunization record, click the Print button located underneath the bottom splitter bar.  If the splitter bar is not open (and you do not see the Printer button), click on the splitter bar (the blue line with two arrows) to expand it.

After clicking the print button, the immunization report will display in a Print Preview dialog.  From the print preview dialog, the following actions can be performed:

  1. Print the report.
  2. Customize the page layout.
  3. Export the report to any one of the following files types: PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS (Excel), XLSX (Excel), CSV, Text, Image.
