Introduction to Immunizations
Immunizations Chart Section
To open the Immunizations chart section, click on the Chart Navigator docked tab (or go to Chart > Chart Navigator). Then double click on the Immunizations section.
Performed Immunizations
The immunizations chart section allows the user to record a patient's immunizations that have been performed (new immunizations and historical immunizations).
Not Performed Immunizations
In addition, the immunizations chart section allows the user to record immunizations that have been refused or not performed for a specific reason.
