Schedule Report Updates

Multi-Provider Basic Scheduler Report

SOAPware has added some new features to the Advanced Schedule report that allows the user to run both a Basic Report and Extended Report (contains financial information) on multiple Providers/Resources.

Print Advanced Schedule

To access the Advanced Schedule report, open the Scheduler, then click on Scheduler > Reports > Print Advanced Schedule.

Multi-Provider Basic Report

Select either Basic or Extended Report and choose to sort by either Provider/Resource or Time of appointment.

The Basic Report includes the following data:

  • Appointment Time
  • Patient Name
  • Phone Number
  • Provider/Resource Name
  • Appointment Scheduplate
  • Appointment Status
  • Comments

The Extended Report includes the following data:

  • Appointment Time
  • Patient Name
  • Account Number
  • Age
  • Phone Number
  • Provider/Resource Name
  • Appointment Scheduplate
  • Appointment Status
  • Comments
  • Primary Insurance
  • Secondary Insurance
  • Patient Balance

Rename the Simple Schedule to Extended Schedule

Print Extended Schedule

The Simple Schedule report has been renamed to Extended Schedule. This report will allow the user to run the appointment schedule for a single provider/resource and it will include the following data elements:

  • Appointment Time
  • Patient Name
  • Account Number
  • Age
  • Phone Number
  • Provider/Resource Name
  • Appointment Scheduplate
  • Appointment Status
  • Comments
  • Primary Insurance
  • Secondary Insurance
  • Patient Balance
