When the SOAPware Auto Updater doesn't work, the SOAPware application will need to be uninstalled and re-installed.

Uninstall SOAPware

See this article for instructions uninstalling SOAPware.

Download the SOAPware Installer

Navigate to the downloads page by clicking here. Download the client installer from the center column.

Install SOAPware

Once the download is complete, navigate to the Downloads folder.

NOTE: By default this is typically C:\Users\username\downloads, where username is the name of the user that is logged on to the computer.

Right click on SOAPwareInstaller.exe, and click Run as Administrator.

NOTE: If User account control is enabled, a prompt will appear asking if the application should be allowed to make changes to the computer. Click Yes.

When the InstallShield Wizard pops up, click Next.

Accept the terms of the license agreement, and click Next.

Entering a User Name and Organization on this screen is not required. Click Next.

The default install location is already set, if the application needs to be installed elsewhere, click Change and navigate to the install path. Otherwise, click Next.

The application is ready to install, click Install.

The progress bar will cycle several times as the application goes through the installation process.

When the installation is complete, select Launch SOAPware if needed, otherwise, click Finish.
