User Password Recovery
Password Recover Setup
SOAPware's new User Password Recovery feature, allows all SOAPware users to set up security questions that will allow a reset of the password in the event that the password is forgotten.
After updating to the next version of SOAPware, SOAPware 7.0.13, all users will be asked to set up four (4) security questions. In the event the password is misplaced, the user will be able to recover their password by utilizing these four security questions.
Forgot Password?
If you need to recover your password at a future date, click on Forgot Password.
Enter Log ID
Enter the Login ID that you wish to recover, then click OK.
Answer Security Questions
To recover your password, you must answer two security questions properly. When finished, click OK.
Change Password
If the security questions were properly answered, you will be prompted to enter a new password. When finished, click OK to log in.
